"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Dalian. The hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful ocean views and a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you would expect from a high-end hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of quality options. Overall, a wonderful experience in Dalian. The combination of great service, comfortable rooms, and beautiful views made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is an older, established five-star hotel with a great location, very close to Zhongshan Square on foot. The exceptional service is definitely the highlight; all the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. However, because the hotel has been around for a while, the rooms are quite small and the furnishings and fixtures feel a bit outdated. Overall, it's pretty good though."

"During my stay, I wasn't feeling very well. The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian."

"The room size was quite generous, and the bedding and bathroom hygiene were decent. However, there were large, unsightly stains on the carpet that probably couldn't be cleaned, which was a real turn-off. The view was good, and it was close to the beach, perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset. Here's where the problems started. We checked in on Friday and were due to check out on Sunday. We left the hotel at 3 AM on Sunday to watch the sunrise and returned around 5 AM to get some rest. But then, starting at 9 AM, staff members repeatedly knocked on our door, even opening it despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. About ten minutes later, someone else knocked again. To top it off, we received a call on the landline that rang a few times and then hung up. We couldn't get any extra sleep and ended up feeling groggy for the rest of the day until check-out at noon. When I checked in, the front desk staff asked for my Hilton Honors number, promising a complimentary fruit platter. We never saw that fruit platter even by the time we left. It's not about the value of the fruit, but why offer it if you have no intention of delivering? On the day we checked in, a staff member even called to ask if I was satisfied with the room. I had just entered, how would I know if I was satisfied yet? Interestingly, no one bothered to ask if I was satisfied when we were leaving. Overall, the experience wasn't great, but the hotel's location and the room itself were quite good."

All the equipment in the room worked fine, and our stay was quiet and peaceful. The location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the service feels authentic. We felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The hotel's gym and swimming pool are the biggest plus points—they're more professional than outside gyms, and the best part is the excellent service, all conveniently located within the hotel."

"I discovered this amazing hotel in Dalian during my off-peak travels! As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. The vanity was perfect for someone like me who likes to pamper themselves before leaving the house. The flower selection ceremony was romantic and thoughtful, the welcome fruit was exquisite, the room was clean and elegant, the decor was meticulous, and the atmosphere was soothing and tranquil. The breakfast was plentiful (I forgot to take pictures after I finished eating!). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Highly recommended!!"
